随着手机的普及以及手机应用的深入人心，近几年“智能手机”成为了人们关注的话题。在现今这个智能手机系统群雄纷争的时候，2008年Google推出了一款名为Android的开源智能手机操作系统。Android凭借其开放性和良好的人机界面，受到广大手机生产商的重视。而安卓的LBS是基于位置的服务，它是通过电信移动运营商的无线电通讯网络或外部定位方式获取移动终端用户的位置信息。
面对日益火爆的网络普及化,4G和WIFI使无线技术接入到互联网。不仅仅只是影响到了网上电子商务活动，更是逐步融入到了人们的日常生活中，人们的衣食住行各方面都有涉及。本文主要针对的就是 “行”这个方面。如今的我国的交通也都十分发达，交通工具也种类繁多，越来越多的家庭配备了汽车，远距离的出行乘坐飞机、高铁和轮船等等。但是在近距离的交通工具的选择上很多人会选择步行和自行车，比如在大学校园中，很多学生为了赶时间步行根本满足不了他们的需求，而买自行车也有很多不方便之处，于是有很多公司正在推广校园公共单车共享这个项目。Android系统平台的异军突起,对于共享单车行业这个项目在系统方面引入成本低廉,用户体验开放性较强等特点，可以让Android系统手机可以成为低成本的用户终端设备。为了满足广大师生和社会群体的需求，本文就是基于Android LBS的校园公共单车共享的系统开发与设计。

A new force suddenly rises. Android platform, for the sharing of this project in the system of bicycle industry into low cost, user experience characteristics such as good openness, can make the Android mobile phone system can be user terminal equipment with low cost. In order to meet the needs of the majority of teachers and students and social groups, this article is based on the Android LBS campus public bicycle sharing system development and design.

1绪论
如今我国的经济进入了一个高速发展的时期，社会也处于一个互联网加的时代，人们越来越来不开移动互联网络，出行的交车也有了手机应用软件滴滴出行和Uber，跨地区出行也会在“铁路12306”这个App软件直接买票或者是巴士管家的手机软件上购买大巴车票等等。面对这样一个形势校园公共单车的共享软件项目一经提出就有很多公司开始实施，比如摩拜单车、Ofo单车、小蓝单车、小鸣单车、优拜单车、永安自行车和骑呗单车，此外还有此还有CCbike、Hellobike、齐齐出行、小鹿单车、智享自行车、由你共享单车等多家共享单车的项目实施公司，可谓是百花齐放，百家争鸣，但是我们最看重是真正能给人们带来方便和效益的公共单车的共享软件。
