摘 要
随着计算机的普及与计算机科学的快速发展,人们开始越来越多地使用计算机来处理我们生活中遇到的实际问题了。近几年来,企业之间的竞争也从有形的经济市场转向网络市场。 对大多数企业管理者来说,如何有效的管理企业的人力资源,发挥出最大的效益,是每个企业管理者面临的难题与挑战。所以说企业人力资源管理系统是现代企业管理的重中之重。企业人力资源管理系统既能提高企业人力资源管理的技术含量,还能提高企业的工作效率,也能让人力资源管理更加现代化、决策科学化。 本系统采用了B/S模式、MVC设计思想、先进的MyEclipse2014开发工具和Mysql数据库进行设计。使用 Java语言开发出一个界面友好、功能全面、操作简单的企业人力资源管理系统。 本文研究人力资源管理系统的主要内容有:员工信息管理、奖惩管理、培训管理、工资管理、部门管理、通讯录管理。本系统的开发目标是人力资源管理的业务逻辑用来实现高效化、智能化,帮助企业的人力资源管理者进行人力资源管理与数据分析。

ABSTRACT
Java based enterprise human resource management system design and implementation of a with the popularity of computers and the rapid development of computer science, people began to use more and more computers to deal with the actual problems encountered in our lives. In recent years, competition among enterprises has also shifted from tangible economic market to network market. For most enterprise managers, how to effectively manage the human resources of the enterprise and give play to the maximum benefit is the difficult problem and challenge for every enterprise manager. Therefore, the enterprise human resource management system is the most important part of modern enterprise management. The enterprise human resource management system can not only improve the technical content of the enterprise human resource management, but also improve the efficiency of the enterprise. It can also make the human resource management more modern and scientific. The system uses B/S mode, MVC design idea, advanced MyEclipse2014 development tools and Mysql database to design. Java language is used to develop an enterprise human resource management system with friendly interface, comprehensive functions and simple operation. This paper studies the main contents of human resource management system: employee information management, reward and punishment management, training management, salary management, department management, and address book management. The development goal of this system is that the business logic of human resource management is used to achieve high efficiency and intelligence. It helps human resource managers to carry out human resource management and data analysis.
